Our programs deliver comprehensive services to address the complexities and stresses of today’s care.

Our dedicated Care Managers sit at the center of your care. We help schedule appointments, securely submit health records, and provide health navigation support. We facilitate services that empower you and support your health-related needs, such as home companion care, personal emergency response systems, home safety evaluations and monitoring systems.

We help you maximize your physician visits by providing up-to-date health records and data prior to visits, and by assisting you to execute after-visit follow-up through our robust services suite. Health records from multiple providers are collected and made available to you on our secure online portal. Loved ones have anytime-anywhere access for care visibility.

We work with renowned health and wellness providers to offer our clients unique clinical programs in areas such memory and post-surgery rehab. Our trusted Care Managers, a leading-edge technology-enabled backbone, and our unique institutional partnerships allow us to deliver a personalized experience.

Our US Health Passport programs have been developed to provide you and your loved ones access to the best US health care anytime, anywhere.

Our second opinion services provide alternative opinions and treatment options based on access to leading edge research, specialized expertise, and technology. When faced with a difficult medical diagnosis, you have access to best-in-class specialists at our network of research medical centers, with whom you may arrange for a remote “second opinion.”

If you opt for treatment in the US, our inpatient services address your hospital care needs for a stress-free experience. You undergo pre-operative care to get “fit for surgery,” and receive tailored after-care “rehab” to minimize loss of function and relapse risks. Our dedicated Care Manager is your “go-to” person, providing you with logistics, concierge, nursing, and other care support. Your care is coordinated with your local doctors before and after a visit.

Our network offers specialist clinical programs that incorporate the very latest research. Such programs include cancer, memory, aging, IVF, and child neurology, amongst others. After an initial visit to the US for your assessment, you receive a tailored treatment plan. This plan is integrated into your local care, and managed from the comfort of your home.
